Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mira & Zee Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services in both Civil (Steel and Rebar Detailing) and Software (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing) sectors.

By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Description

We provide specialized services in:

• Civil Sector: Steel and Rebar Detailing, Structural Drafting
• Software Sector: Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing including SEO

All services are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Adhere to project timelines for feedback and approvals
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% advance payment before project commencement
• 40% upon delivery of initial draft/mockup
• 10% upon final delivery and acceptance

Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All pre-existing intellectual property remains with respective owners
• Final deliverables become client property upon full payment
• We retain rights to showcase work in our portfolio

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the engagement period and for 3 years thereafter.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Third-party actions affecting project outcomes
• Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

8. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 30 days written notice. Termination fees may apply for work completed prior to notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
